making labels

Hello,

I need to make labels from a document with about 2000 Addresses. Problem is
they typed the adresses as follows:

name
name2
address
city

name
name2
address
city

I mean, all the addresses are following each other. (address-blank
line-address) So when I try to make labels word only regognizes the first
label. Is there a way to make labels of this?

Please do not spam the newsgroups by posting the same question separately to
